Hello! We are Josh and Autumn Miller, two insignificant people with the privilege to participate in God’s eternally significant purpose of redeeming people from every tongue, tribe, and nation!
There are currently MILLIONS of people who have never heard the amazing truth of the Gospel and have no access to it in their language! God has called we to do more than pray for these people…We get to go and help take the gospel to them!
After completing the required seminary training, we both individually headed to Ontario Canada to study at Emanate the missionary training center for Ethnos (Formerly NTM). While there, God led us together, and we got engaged during our senior semester and graduated from the program in December 2017.
We were married in March 2018 and will spend about 2 years living on Ohio while Josh finished his theological paper and ordination examination. Then, Lord willing, we will be headed to Papua New Guinea to serve on team and work together to bring the gospel to an unreached people group.
The vision for the team is to bring the Gospel and the Word of God to a people who have no access to them, plant a church among them, nurture the church to maturity, and see them go on to plant other churches.
Simply put, we will be PLANTING A CHURCH IN THE JUNGLE.
Our job is to:
1. Learn the Language
2. Create a written form of the language
3. Teach the people to read and write in their own language
4. Translate the Bible into their language
5. Teach through the Bible chronologically in their language
6. Train native literacy workers, pastors, and church leaders
7. Help them repeat the process of church planting so they can reach and teach their own people.
As you can probably tell, we believe that hearing God's message of redemption in the native tongue is essential to understanding. Can you imagine trying to learn another language just so you can read the Word of God? Our team will be learning another language so that someone else can read the Word of God.
From the time we enter the tribe until the time we leave we expect this work to take around 15 years. This is a huge undertaking and from our human perspective, it seems impossible! However, God’s eternal purpose will never be impossible because it is accomplished by His unlimited power!!
Isn’t it incredible that He wants to use you and us as a part of His purpose?!?

Thousands of ethnic people groups have never had access to the gospel in their languages. Millions of people are living in great fear of the spirits they believe control every animate and inanimate object in their world. Many of them are pleading for someone to come and tell them of the Creator God. With God's help, we will go!
